Our ambition is to further develop Stena Realty, to become a major international property investor active in a number of markets. Our goal is to double the portfolio in the coming years, with a good spread over various growth areas and manage the portfolio by professional local management teams. Furthermore we seek to expand our portfolio of indirect investments in promising areas, where we feel that together with other professional partners we will achieve the best result.

Besides of being a property investor, Stena Realty wants to be professional in the management of the building. Therefore we have our own management teams in The Netherlands and France. In our opinion, a close contact with the tenant helps us to understand the needs of our clients.
