In 1987 Stena Realty started with a headcount of 1. Nowadays the staff consists of a total of 18 persons, divided over the management teams in The Netherlands and France.

Since 2003 Stena Realty is also holding several indirect investments by taking stakes in quoted and non-quoted property companies.
